Tax Wealth not Work

Rather than levy tax on income, let people accumulate money tax free but instead tax the wealth accumulated.

Don't Tax Income, Tax Spending

Rather than abolish VAT, abolish income tax. Keep National Insurance and with some reforms make VAT the primary source of tax revenue.

Don't Change Anything, Just Add

Add new forms of taxation to plug the gaps and address the problems with the current system. Eg.

  • Wealth tax of 2% on assets over £10,000,000
  • Minimum tax level for people with assets and/or income over a threshold.

    • Selective Replacement

    Target forms of taxation which do not align with objectives for fairness, replace with fairer alternatives. Eg.

  • Replace Council Tax with a land value tax
    • Support the Petition
